We are proud to mention that an aeration system has been installed in the Badaševica River, which had been an unresolved issue and a problem for the surrounding residents for many years.
The Koper-based company Aqua Lab d.o.o., which purchases components for our Toringturbine® and assembles them for various applications depending on specific water source issues, has developed a system that extracts water from the Badaševica River, enriches it with oxygen using Toringturbine®, and then returns the oxygenated water back to the river. Changes were noticeable immediately after the system was installed and activated.
Initially, a closed device was installed in the Badaševica River, and a few days later, an additional water aerator was installed nearby (on the bridge pillar). This second aerator functions similarly to the open system that Toringturbine® has been implementing for many years. For this application, Aqua Lab d.o.o. manufactured a stainless steel cage, extended the turbine shaft to 2 meters, and added a special double shaft support.
The operation of both devices on the Badaševica River has produced the results we had anticipated, and the residents eagerly awaited.
